Booking Deposit & Public Holiday Policy
Deposit Requirements
To secure your event date and allocate our team and equipment exclusively to your function, we require a booking deposit.
Deposit amounts are as follows:
• Coffee Van – $50 deposit
• Food Trailer – $100 deposit
Your deposit secures your event date and is deducted from your final invoice.
Public Holiday Policy
Due to increased staffing and operational costs, public holiday bookings incur a 100% surcharge on the standard deposit amount.
This means:
• Coffee Van public holiday deposit – $100
• Food Trailer public holiday deposit – $200
Public holiday rates will be reflected in your final event pricing..
Refund Policy
Deposits are refundable within 7 days of booking.
After this period, deposits are non-refundable as your date is reserved exclusively and unavailable to other clients.
We are fully licensed, insured and council compliant, providing professional mobile coffee and food catering across Gladstone and surrounding areas.
