No Forks Given started with a simple goal — serve great coffee and quality food without the fuss.

We’re Nathan and Tracey, a local Gladstone couple who believe good coffee and good food bring people together. What began as a mobile setup has grown into a coffee van, food trailer, catering service and now an online coffee store — all built around the same principle:

Keep it simple. Keep it fresh. Do it properly.

The Coffee

We brew 1770 Coffee Co beans daily from our van across Gladstone, Boyne Island and Tannum Sands. The same blends our locals line up for each morning are now available online — whole or ground to suit your machine.

We don’t just sell coffee.

From fast, fun crowd favourites in our food trailer to coffee service at worksites, markets and private events — we show up ready.

We’re fully licensed, insured and council compliant, and we take pride in being reliable, organised and easy to deal with.

We also offer fresh catering platters for offices, birthdays, wakes, corporate functions and private gatherings — with pickup or local delivery available.
